We went for a family bike ride the other night for FHE and we were watching Shane with his bike and he really wasn't using his training wheels. John raised them once and then he decided to take them all the way up and see if he could do it without. I was a little hesitant but John assured me he could always put them back on. So John held the bike while Shane got on he held the back for about two seconds and he was off like a shot. None of this holding on the back all the way down the street reassuring them you won't let go, he just did it! You should have seen him up and down curbs and turning corners like it was no big deal! I couldn't believe it! You could see it was definitely a big deal for John. He was proud as a peacock! I love to see John get excited about things especially when it comes to his kids! John and I weren't the only ones that were proud of Shane. Connor kept saying, "Shane you so smart!" I guess for lack of a better word. It is always fun to hear what comes out of his mouth because you never know....

Ballerina Girl
Brianna is starting to crawl! It is so cute she gets up on her ballerina toes and usually face plants. (She gets the graceful ballerina part from her dad and the face planting well that is probably from me) She does get up on all fours sometimes but she gets so excited and ends up on her toes. She can really get around. I will leave the room and she will have traveled a couple of feet! She does get mad when she face plants. I can't believe she is getting so mobile! I really have to be careful now! Nothing is safe and she finds everything!

In answer to Aunt Susanne's Question?
Yes we are enjoying the weather!
All of the kids really enjoy bike rides! And so does MOM! I Love our bike trailer!
What is it about Boy's and mud! That is one thing that can entertain them for hours! Of course trying to control them is almost impossible! And getting them to come in well that is just out of the question!
