The food was great! We tried for the first time Cooking corn on the cob in the coals of the fire. we wrapped them in tin foil and through them in with our tin foil dinners. It turned out great. We like to eat it with mayo, Parmesan cheese, and hot sauce. DELICIOUS!
What a fun trip we had! The kids absolutely loved this spot! It was perfect. It had a sandy floor inside so no rocks to sleep on! not to mention that it kept the kids entertained playing in the dirt! It had rocks to climb and beautiful scenery! When I was getting a drink right out side the tent before we went to bed there was a little frog right by our water container the boys sat and watched it from inside the tent for quite a while! Oh WHAT FUN. It was one of those memories you would love to recreate time and time again. We will probably never be able to have this same great experience again but we are sure going to try!
