Well I did it! I canned these all by myself!! I have grown up helping my mom can and she has helped me in years past but never by myself! Any of you that know me I am not one to do much of anything by myself. I have never had a whole lot of confidence in myself. Anyway I needed to get these done and it was only one batch and I have 2 huge boxes coming on Sat. But I DID IT! And they all Sealed!!!

You did a great job. I tried canning spaghetti sauce on Friday. FYI, just find a good sale and buy the sauce. It felt like it took as long to make the sauce as it did to grow the tomatoes. I probably should have bottled some extra patience!
